OUT OF SEASON LOW DEVELOPS
A Tropical LOW is located near the Solomon Islands and is being monitored by the Bureau Of Meteorology. It is expected to move south-west and deepen as it enters a reasonably favourable environment over the next couple of days.
Computer models indicate this system has a small chance of deepening into a Tropical Cyclone in the Eastern Coral Sea as it tracks to the south-west.

On Saturday the system begins weakening again and its remnants may track to the west next week increasing shower activity across Eastern Queensland. The system will not approach the coast as a Tropical Cyclone and will pose no cyclonic threat to the coastline.
